These terms apply to your use of the Spartan Cards website and to any orders placed with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline an order — for example if a listing was priced in error or if the item is no longer available. Where an order is declined any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices on the website are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the point of order through our payment providers.

We describe every card as accurately as we can, using the condition language set out in our Card Condition Guide. Photographs are of the actual item you will receive unless a listing states otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that infringes anyone else's rights. Content on the site is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
