How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Every working-day order placed before 3pm GMT is dispatched the same day. Weekend and bank-holiday orders leave first thing the next working day.

How much is UK shipping?

Standard tracked UK shipping is £2.95. Orders over £40 ship free. Special Delivery (guaranteed next-day, fully insured) is available at checkout on high-value orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and over thirty other countries with tracked and signed-for options. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility outside the UK.

How long does delivery take?

UK: 1–2 working days on tracked. EU: 3–7 working days. USA & rest of world: 5–14 working days depending on customs. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch, especially on international orders. If nothing's moved after that, email info@cobracardsuk.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase Royal Mail directly.

How are single cards packaged?

Every single card is placed in a penny sleeve, then a top-loader, then taped shut and wrapped in bubble-wrap before going into a rigid card mailer. Card damage in transit is genuinely rare — but if it does happen, we'll replace or refund.

How are graded slabs packaged?

Graded slabs (PSA, CGC, BGS, Ace) are bubble-wrapped, double-boxed with foam padding and shipped in a rigid outer box with fragile stickers and full insurance. No exceptions.

How is sealed product packaged?

Booster boxes, ETBs and Booster Bundles ship in double-walled boxes with corner protection. We never re-tape or reseal — everything leaves us in the exact condition it arrived.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes. All our outer packaging is unbranded — no 'Pokémon cards inside' printed on the box. Perfect for gifts and for security.

Are your cards genuine?

100%. Every card is inspected in-house by collectors before it's listed. We check print quality, cut, texture, back pattern and card stock. If anything ever seems off, we refund in full and cover return postage.

Do you sell proxy or reprint cards?

Never. We only sell genuine cards printed by The Pokémon Company. Officially licensed reprints (like Celebrations) are always clearly labelled with the reprint set name.

What grading companies do you sell?

We stock PSA, CGC, BGS and Ace Grading slabs. Every slab is photographed from both sides and the cert number is listed so you can verify the grade directly with the grading company before you buy.

What's your returns policy?

14-day no-quibble returns on unopened sealed product. Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Refund is issued within 3 working days of receipt.

Can I return a single or a graded slab?

Singles and graded slabs are covered if they arrive damaged or materially not as described (e.g. wrong card, wrong grade). We don't accept 'change of mind' returns on singles because condition is subjective once a card leaves us.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

Email info@cobracardsuk.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We'll replace, refund or offer store credit — your choice.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are issued within 3 working days. Card refunds typically show in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (spread the cost over 3 interest-free payments on eligible orders).

Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email info@cobracardsuk.co.uk as fast as you can and we'll do our best. Once it's dispatched, we can't recall it — but you can always return it under our 14-day policy.

Do you offer combined shipping on multiple orders?

If you place multiple orders within the same working day and they haven't shipped yet, drop us a line and we'll combine them and refund the difference in postage.

How is my quote calculated?

We quote based on current market comps (TCGPlayer, eBay sold listings, PriceCharting) minus a small margin. No hidden fees, no lowball tactics — the number you see is the number you'll get.

How do I get my cards to you?

Small collections: post them tracked and insured at your cost, which we reimburse if we buy. Large collections (£1,000+): we cover fully-insured collection anywhere in the UK.

Payment is sent within 24 hours of us receiving and verifying your cards. UK bank transfer or PayPal — your choice.
